ConsultANZ is looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator to join a growing civil contractor in Brisbane, QLD. This is a excellent chance to work alongside experienced Project Managers on water infrastructure projects. Open to junior to intermediate level QS and CA.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support Project Managers with contracts and commercial activities
Manage contractual correspondence, variations, claims and EOTs
Assist with pre-contracts and tendering
Manage subcontractor progress claims
Monitor project costs and commercial documentation
Liaise with subcontractors, clients and project teams
Maintaining accurate project and contract documentation

What We’re Looking For
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline




3+ years of experience in civil construction as a Quantity Surveyor ir Contract Administrator
Understanding of contracts, variations, claims and EOTs
Strong communication, organisational and attention-to-detail skills
Australian or New Zealand civil construction experience highly regarded

Key Highlights
