Looking for steady, full-time work with variety across workshop fabrication and site installation?

PSM Welding is looking for an experienced Boilermaker with pipe welding experience to join our growing team. Based between our Hawkesbury workshop and project sites across Sydney, you’ll work on a mix of fabrication, pipe welding and installation projects.

If you take pride in a clean weld, can work confidently from drawings and enjoy getting the job done properly, we’d like to hear from you.

The work
MIG and TIG pipe welding
Workshop fabrication and general boilermaking




Onsite welding, installation and pipework
Reading and interpreting fabrication and installation drawings
Working alongside supervisors, clients and other trades

What you’ll bring
Boilermaker trade qualification or equivalent
Proven experience in pipe welding and fabrication, with solid MIG and TIG skills
Confidence reading drawings and working independently
Current White Card, driver’s licence and reliable transport
Your own basic tools
Transparent communication, reliability and a strong focus on safety and quality
Ability to pass a police check
