Already running a team and hitting sales targets in retail or hospitality? Do it Monday to Friday, with a 2pm finish on Fridays. As Club Manager of an Anytime Fitness club, you'll run the business like it's your own, with the backing of a 19-club group and dedicated support office.

THE CHANCE You'll run the day-to-day operations of the club. It's a people role at heart: sales, retention and leading your team all come down to how well you connect with people. Your routines give the week its structure, but no two days are the same, because your members will always surprise you. Key responsibilities include:
Converting enquiries into memberships and following up every lead
Keeping members engaged and resolving issues before they cancel
Running member challenges, referral drives and local business partnerships
Promoting the club in the local area and on social media




Keeping the club clean, secure and well presented

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE You don't need a fitness background. If you've managed a store, a venue or a sales team, you already have most of what this role needs:
A track record of hitting sales targets
Experience leading or coaching a team
Confidence giving feedback and having honest conversations
Organised and self-motivated, comfortable working independently and on top of daily admin
Confident using social media to promote a business
Resilient, with the energy to lift your team through a tough month

Fitness industry experience or a Cert III or IV in Fitness is a bonus, not a requirement.
