Central Solutions Group is a family-run civil construction company, and we’re growing our fleet and looking for experienced operators to join our team.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Truck & Quad drivers
Excavator Operators
Grader Operators
Bulldozer Operators

What We’re Looking For

Truck & Quad Drivers
Current HC licence or higher,
Relevant truck-driving experience
Experience with quad/dog trailer combinations highly regarded
Reliable and safety-focused

Excavator, Grader & Bulldozer Operators
Relevant plant operator competency/tickets
Proven experience operating machines
Civil construction experience




Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
Ability to carry out daily pre-starts and basic machine checks For All Positions
Previous civil construction experience is preferred
Relevant licences, tickets and competencies must be current and valid
White Card required
Solid focus on safety
Reliable and punctual
Good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
