This is a rare opportunity to start in a casual role with a pathway to full time employment based on performance. The Role
Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience
Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a skilled, efficient and courteous manner
A la carte and bar service
Use the POS, entering orders and handling cash/card




Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar’s wine list, cocktail menu and food menu
Assist in opening and closing procedures

About You
Passionate about customer service, experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
1 year in FOH hospitality in a premium venue
A La Carte waitperson experience
A team player who can work independently
Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive CAN DO attitude
Excellent communication skills
Have a valid NSW RSA
Valid working rights in Australia
Available to work on Monday & Friday 10am - 3pm and Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 7pm with occasional evening shifts on Monday and Friday
