We currently have a part time position for an Administration Officer to join our team in our Kununurra depot.

The position is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during school hours, with some flexibility around start and finish times for the right person.

Daily duties include:
Answering phones




Responding to emails and customer enquiries
Processing, scanning and filing paperwork
Writing and processing consignment notes and manifesting
General office duties

Required skills:
Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
Good written and verbal communication skills
Organised with the ability to multi-task
Transport experience desirable
