The Opportunity:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our Accounts team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent prospect for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to accounts administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Matching purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices
Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Managing payment runs and reconciling supplier statements
Responding to supplier queries and maintaining positive relationships
Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems




Supporting Accounts Receivable and the Accounts team with general administrative duties

About You
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with accounting software is highly regarded
