Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott Racing are seeking a motivated & mature individual to join our Finance team as our Accounts Officer.

You will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll processing, preparing the month-end statements and bank reconciliations.

You will be working closely with the rest of the team to ensure the effective running of the Accounts Department.

Key Responsibilities
Process AP invoices, payment runs & supplier reconciliations
Manage AR, collections & customer account reconciliations
Perform daily bank reconciliations
Ensuring accurate data entry and relevant information is entered in the systems
Assist with month-end preparations

Ideal attributes will include:
Accounts experience is desired
Solid attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving
Mature-minded and ability to work independently
Team attitude and positive approach
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
An ability to accept and drive accountability for yourself
Demonstrate skills in working with and knowledge of Xero, Knowledge of Prism would be an advantage

Salary: Based on experienced.
