Own the month-end close process and deliver accurate, timely monthly financial reporting, including P&L;, balance sheet and management commentaryMaintain the general ledger and oversee key balance sheet and control accounts, ensuring accuracy and appropriate accounting treatmentOwn and continually improve the financial control environment as the business growsPartner with department leaders and the CFO, providing financial insight and commercial challenge to support decision-makingLead monthly financial performance reviews, reporting on P&L;, KPIs, budgets and variancesOwn the annual budgeting process and drive ongoing forecasting, financial planning and scenario modellingLead year-end reporting and audit, and manage tax and compliance obligations (BAS, income tax, FBT, ASIC) across all group entitiesOversee cash flow forecasting, treasury management and the company's FX hedging programmeOversee fortnightly payroll processing and ensure compliance with PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation and relevant awardsManage supplier payments and relationships, and drive improvements to commercial termsLead financial analysis and modelling to support pricing, ROI and investment decisionsOwn and optimise core finance systems, driving automation and process improvementLead and develop a high-performing Finance teamRequirementsCA/CPA qualified or equivalent.Demonstrated experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Financial Accountant or in a similar commercial finance role.Experience in a retail, FMCG or consumer product business is highly regarded.Experience operating in a founder-led or high-growth SME environment,
