Old Coast Road Brewery is looking for experienced, enthusiastic chefs to join our kitchen team.

Set on 60 scenic acres in Myalup, halfway between Mandurah and Bunbury, our family-friendly brewery brings together outstanding food, craft beer and relaxed South West hospitality.

Whether you’re a versatile all-rounder, an experienced section chef or someone with a passion for pizza (and beer), we’d love to hear from you.

The Chance

We’re looking for chefs who take pride in their food and enjoy working together to deliver a outstanding dining experience. You’ll contribute to everyday service and functions, bringing consistency, organisation and fresh ideas to the kitchen.

Your role will include:
Preparing and delivering consistently high-quality food
Working across kitchen sections according to your skills and experience
Keeping preparation organised and service running smoothly
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
Supporting your teammates during busy services
Contributing ideas to dishes, menus and kitchen improvements

About You





You’re an experienced chef with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a practical approach to getting the job done.

We’re looking for:
Experience in a busy restaurant, pub, brewery or similar kitchen
A commitment to quality, presentation and consistency
Strong communication and teamwork
Reliability and the ability to stay organised under pressure
Availability for weekends, public holidays and functions
Unrestricted Australian working rights

Pizza experience is welcome, but isn’t essential for every role.
