About the role

Reporting to your Category Manager, this is an opportunity for you to become an important part of the Consumer Electronics team and work with national clients and international suppliers.

Key responsibilities
Assist with data entry of incoming shipments
Order maintenance, analysis and supplier account reconciliation
Update and maintain various reports
Provide a quality service to suppliers in the preparation of forecasting and credit claims
Be part of the CE team's video calls with suppliers
Assist with the continuous improvement of existing systems, procedures, and processes

About you
At least 3 years of admin/office experience
Understanding of B2B and B2C websites
High level of competency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel etc)
Good computer skills and good attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Capable of working in a team, as well as independently
Professional, reliable, punctual and hard working
Eager to learn and succeed
Valuable communicator and good team player
