StonemasonFabricatorMulgrave VIC | Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a SeniorStonemason Fabricator to join our production team at Pazzi Marble & Granite.In this role you will independently produce high-precision natural stone elements (benchtops, cladding, feature pieces and more) to a high standard.
You will handle a full range of fabrication tasks with minimal supervision, maintain excellent quality, and support junior team members.
You will be a reliable core member of the factory team.About You (Essential)Extensive experience as a stonemason or fabricator in natural stone (typically 5+ years)Exceptional hand skills and eye for premium quality finishAbility to read complex drawings and solve fabrication challenges independentlyProven ability to mentor and raise the standard of othersHigh personal craftsmanship standards and pride in workStrong communicator who can give constructive feedbackPhysically capable of handling stone safelyPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift and handle stone materials safelyComfortable working in a factory environment with machinery, slurry and noiseAble to always wear required PPEPazzi Marble & Granite is a family-built architectural stone company specialising in premium natural stone for high-end residential and architectural projects.
