ideal for someone who thrives in a team setting and is committed to maintaining high safety standards.Key Tasks and DutiesRacker operationGeneral clean up and maintenance of work areaProfile change oversFill out quality data sheetsOil level checksMonitoring raw material feed to identify and reject productMonitor extrusion process to ensure all tiles are made to standardsOnce trained, assist new operatorsReset tile machine and startFill sand bins if required (with relevant tickets)Ensure recycle conveyors are kept cleanGeneral asset care and maintenanceRelieve of other positions as and if necessaryWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in manufacturing or machine operation (preferred but not essential)Experience with machine operation (highly regarded)Good level of hand eye coordination and manual dexterityBasic computer literacy and ability to read/write effectivelyStrong awareness of workplace health and safety practicesPhysically fit - must be able to pass a fitness assessmentReliable transport to Darra for early start - no public transportAbility to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screeningWhat's in It for YouConsistent full time hoursCompetitive hourly ratePathway to permanent employment for the right candidateSupportive and safety-focused team culture
