Our OpportunityLocation: Fortescue's Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.Roster: 8D/6R - FIFO ex PerthTo support our growing Condition Monitoring Team, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to assist with completing routine condition monitoring inspections of all critical fixed plant equipment at the new Iron Bridge JV.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete vibration analysis, NDT, thermographic and other condition monitoring related inspections of onsite equipmentAnalyse, generate reports and highlight corrective actions for relevant stakeholders to reduce unplanned equipment downtimeAssisting with route cause analysis and other investigative processes at the request of maintenance, production or engineering groupsMaintenance of role specific databases including MHM, ALS Webretrieve and PDSInstallation and maintenance of remote vibration monitoring systemsQualifications And ExperienceMechanical / Electrical trade or Tertiary Qualification in relevant disciplineVibration CAT II or III certificationUltrasonic Thickness Inspection UT Level I certificationMachinery Lubricant Analyst MLA II certificationThermography Level I certificationC class driver's licenceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of attention to detailCommitment to always working in a safe and respectful mannerAbout UsBe part of something big.
