I'm currently partnering with a national law firm looking to appoint a Special Counsel into its growing Wills & Estates team in Sydney.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established practice with a strong reputation for complex private client work, acting for high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and executors across a broad range of estate planning and estate administration matters.
The Role
You'll work across a mix of sophisticated wills and estates matters, including:
Estate planning and succession strategies.Complex estate administration and probate.Testamentary trusts and asset protection.Family provision and estate litigation matters.Advising high-net-worth clients,



family groups and private businesses.You'll also play a key role mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
About You
Admitted in Australia with 8+ years' PQE in Wills & Estates.Solid experience managing complex private client matters.Comfortable building and maintaining client relationships.Interested in mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
