This position will be based at our clinic at Bentley Hospital and will require to work at our clinic in Gosnells when needed.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to build experience in a professional, patient-facing environment.
You'll receive full training during the first eight weeks and ongoing support to help you succeed.Reporting to the Clerical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:Providing a warm and welcoming experience for patients at the front deskAssisting during medical imaging procedures as a chaperone, ensuring patient comfort and safetyCompleting administrative tasks such as preparing and printing consent formsPacking and dispatching films/CDs for courier delivery in a timely mannerActing as a key communication link between staff, technicians, and doctorsMaintaining an organised and welcoming reception and kitchen areaCoordinating refreshments for doctorsHandling confidential documents securely and maintaining privacy protocolsFollowing up on outstanding reports to ensure timely completion and accuracyAbout youYou're a motivated and approachable individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for excellent service.
