As a Branch Assistant, you'll be an significant part of the North Lakes team, working across customer service, counter sales, warehouse operations and deliveries.
It's a varied, hands‐on role where everyone pitches in to keep the branch running smoothly and customers well looked after.
This is a full‐time role based in North Lakes, QLD, working Monday to Friday with no weekend work.A typical day will see you:Serving retail and trade customers at the counter.Processing customer orders, sales and general enquiries.Picking, packing and dispatching orders.Managing goods inwards/outwards and inventory tasks.Loading and unloading deliveries and courier shipments.Completing customer deliveries in the company vehicle.Maintaining a clean, organised and safe branch environment.Supporting the wider team with day‐to‐day branch duties.What we're looking for:Reliable and hardworking – A strong work ethic and someone the team can count on.Confident communicator – Friendly, positive and comfortable dealing with customers and teammates.Hands‐on and adaptable – Willing to move between counter sales,



warehouse duties and deliveries as needed.Physically capable – Comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting items up to 25kg.Computer literate – Able to process orders and learn branch systems.Relevant experience – Plumbing, trade, wholesale, retail or warehouse experience is advantageous, but not essential.Valid Driver's Licence – Required for customer deliveries.Forklift licence – Preferred but not essential; support can be provided to obtain one.Australian Working Rights – Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
