Assistant Studio ManagerMGF Health Hub | Peakhurst, NSW | Full-TimeWe're looking for an Assistant Studio Manager who wants to do more than simply coach classes.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves coaching, genuinely cares about people and wants to play an important part in the day-to-day operation and growth of a fitness business.You'll spend approximately 20 hours per week coaching on the floor, while also helping manage the studio, supporting our team, creating content and ensuring every member feels connected to the MGF community.For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to progress into our Head Studio Manager role within the first 12 months.The RoleYou'll take ownership of:Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the studioSupporting the management, development and accountability of our coaching teamOwning and managing the team rosterDelivering approximately 20 hours of high-level coaching each weekNurturing and onboarding current members into the MGF communityHelping members feel seen, supported and connected from day oneCreating social media content that captures what happens inside MGFPosting daily stories and assisting with our ongoing social media presenceSupporting the overall member experience and culture of the studioIdentifying problems, taking initiative and helping create solutionsWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who:Is an excellent coach and confident leading group training sessionsIs genuinely passionate about the hybrid Strength & Conditioning environmentPractises what they preach and genuinely enjoys trainingWill train regularly at MGF around their working hours and become part of the community,
