$70,000 - $80,000 per year + annual bonusAbout the roleNIIWA, our Japanese izakaya style venue is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in our Fortitude Valley location.
This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.What you'll be doingManage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgetingLead and motivate a team of front‐of‐house and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer experiencesDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of the restaurantMaintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and serviceEnsure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulationsLiaise with suppliers and manage inventory to optimise costs and minimise wasteMonitor customer feedback and implement continuous improvements to address any concernsWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality industryStrong leadership and people management skills,
