This is a fast-paced role and requires a candidate with extensive administrative experience in the licensing sector, or within consumer products, retail, entertainment, or marketing fields.If you are meticulously in your organisation and pro-active, with strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask all whilst maintaining the highest attention to detail and are a team player – then this is the job for you!
The successful applicant will support and assist their Business Manager with all functions required to run the business, including (but not limited to):Coordinating & managing our licensees and their agreementsProcessing deal memos, amendments,



and half yearly renewals in a timely mannerManaging the contract processMaintaining deal sheets and tracking contract administrationEnsuring our partners comply with global brand guidelinesAdapting and creating brand, retail & sales presentationsUpdating sell sheets and brand decks with up-to-date informationCoordinating product decks with the in-house creative teamAssisting with royalty reportingCMF claiming and administrationTravel bookings and scheduling eventsKeeping the server spick, span, and organisedNo two days will be the same!
You'll need to be super organised, be able to truly multi-task without compromising your fanatical attention to detail, be able to show initiative and be willing to take on ad-hoc tasks from our business manager, creative manager, and/or licensor.A "can-do" mentality, great communication skills, and proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel are all non-negotiables.Previous experience working as a coordinator or a similar role within licensing will be a real asset and make you stand out from the crowd, however, is not essential.
