We are a bright, colourful and stylish hotel, with a vibrant and diverse culture of Heartists who work here with us.ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street is seeking a passionate and reliable Full-time Commis Chef to join our energetic kitchen team.Job DescriptionThe role involves preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across breakfast buffet, à la carte lunch and dinner and conference catering.You will support daily operations and take initiative when working independently.Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, ensuring mise en place is ready, and upholding food safety standards in line with current regulations.You'll be expected to follow strict stock rotation procedures, minimise wastage, and assist with stock control.Equipment care and cleanliness are essential,
