As we continue to grow and expand, we remain dedicated to maintaining a positive and supportive setting where every employee is valued for their unique contribution.We are looking for a Delivery & Quality Control Coordinator to join our Pre-Delivery team on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:06pm.This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the final preparation of vehicles before they leave our Pre-Delivery site and head to the dealership for customer handover.
You'll make sure every vehicle is complete, presented to a high standard and ready to go.The RoleWorking closely with the Pre-Delivery and dealership teams, you will coordinate the final delivery-readiness process across a high volume of vehicles each day.Managing the daily flow of vehicles scheduled for delivery to our dealershipsCompleting final quality control checks to ensure vehicles are ready for customer handoverInspecting vehicles for any scratches, dents, damage or presentation issuesChecking interior and exterior cleanliness and overall vehicle presentationChecking tyres, wheels, fuel/charge levels and warning lightsEnsuring floor mats, accessories and other vehicle requirements are in placePreparing service books and ensuring spare keys are ready to go with each vehicleFitting registration plates to vehiclesCompleting and maintaining the final delivery checklistIdentifying and reporting any issues that need to be rectified before the vehicle leaves siteEnsuring keys, books,



plates and all required items are with the correct vehicleMoving vehicles around the yard and positioning them for collection and deliveryCoordinating vehicles so they are ready to leave for the dealership on timeMaintaining a clean, organised and safe work environmentSupporting the wider Pre-Delivery team with general day-to-day operations as requiredYou will play an important role in making sure nothing gets missed before a vehicle reaches the dealership and ultimately the customer.About YouWe're looking for someone who is organised, practical and takes genuine pride in getting things right.You will ideally have:A current driver's licence (essential)Strong attention to detail and a high standard of qualityConfidence driving and manoeuvring vehicles in a yard environmentAn organised approach and the ability to manage multiple vehicles and priorities each dayA hands-on attitude and willingness to get involvedThe ability to follow checklists and processes accuratelyGood communication and teamwork skillsReliability, punctuality and a strong focus on safetyAutomotive or dealership experience (preferred, but not essential)You don't need to be a qualified mechanic - we're looking for someone who understands cars, takes pride in their work and can spot when something isn't quite right.Why Join Us?
