NSW Health Westmead Hospital is seeking a Senior Social Worker to support renal patients and families through complex psychosocial care.
You will provide specialist assessments, counselling and practical support using a psychosocial approach to help navigate difficult decisions with dignity and choice.
You will work across Renal and Renal Supportive Care, collaborating with medical, nursing and allied health teams to coordinate holistic care and contribute to education, supervision and quality
