Working 56 hours per fortnight, you'll support both trade and retail customers, delivering exceptional service while sharing your knowledge and passion for colour, paint, and project solutions.In this hands-on role, you'll help customers find the right products for their needs, provide colour advice, assist with paint tinting, maintain store presentation, and contribute to creating a positive in-store experience every day.We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:Provide service, advice and product solutions to both trade and retail customersHandle all paint related questions for all customers, including tinting paint products and colour matching to customer requirements.Inventory control (goods receiving/stocktaking), stock replenishmentTake orders in-store and by phoneBuild strong relationships with repeat customers in store and fellow colleaguesAssist with visual displays, store presentation and general house-keepingComply with safe work practicesAbout you:Previous experience working in a customer service roleA willingness to learn,
