Program Overview
Our 18-month Graduate Program, starting in February/March ****, is designed to help you build real capability, confidence, and career momentum from day one.

You'll work on a variety of client projects, gain exposure to different areas of the business, and build your capability through hands-on learning, development opportunities, and mentoring. It's a program built to broaden your experience and help you thrive in your first full-time role.
About the role:
As a Risk & Compliance Graduate, you'll support the processes and governance activities that help NTT DATA meet its security and compliance obligations. Working closely with the Risk & Compliance team, you'll assist with documentation, process administration, audit activities, reporting,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role combines structured, process-driven work with stakeholder engagement across the business. You'll help maintain records, support compliance activities, contribute to process improvements, and work with a range of internal teams to ensure important governance requirements are met.
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn. Success in this role comes from strong communication, a willingness to understand how things work, and a focus on identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
