You will determine workers' compensation claims, assess eligibility and liability, and engage with injured employees, leaders, unions and healthcare providers to support fair recovery outcomes while complying with legislation.

You will gather medical and employment evidence, make robust decisions, and drive improvements to reduce disputes and enhance customer experiences in a rapid-paced, regulated setting.
