Our Australian headquarters is based in Sydney, supporting nationwide operations.To support our expanding install base and deliver best-in-class customer experience, we are looking to grow our local technical support team.The RoleWe are seeking a Technical Service Engineer to support our residential and C&I; energy storage business across Australia.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, responsible for:Technical support (remote & in office)Commissioning and troubleshootingSupporting installers, distributors, and partnersLocation is flexible across Australia (Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane preferred), with regular travel required.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & TroubleshootingProvide remote and on-site technical support for energy storage systems (residential & C&I;)Diagnose and resolve system issues including battery, inverter, and communication faultsSupport firmware upgrades, commissioning, and system optimisationCommissioning & Field ServiceAssist installers and partners with system commissioning and setupConduct on-site inspections and troubleshooting when requiredEnsure systems are operating safely and efficientlyWork closely with installers, distributors,
