With a broad range of dental services, you'll have plenty of variety and the prospect to build your knowledge in a busy healthcare environment.If you're naturally friendly, organised and enjoy working with people, you'll fit right in.Job DescriptionThis is a casual opportunity with availability Monday to Saturday, with typical shifts between 7:45am and 5:15pm.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming patients and creating a warm first impressionManaging appointment bookings and keeping the diary organisedAnswering calls and helping patients with enquiriesProcessing payments, health fund claims and general reception administrationKeeping patient information accurate and up to dateSupporting the dental team with day‐to‐day administrative tasksHelping the reception area stay organised and welcomingWorking with the wider team to keep the day running smoothlyQualificationsWhat you'll bring:Previous reception, customer service or administration experienceA friendly and confident communication styleStrong organisation and attention to detailThe ability to multitask and stay calm when the reception gets busyConfidence speaking with a wide range of patientsA professional and approachable mannerDental or medical reception experience is highly regarded,
