$***** per hour + 12% superannuationImmediate start availableFull-time hours: 38 hours per weekMonday to Friday rosterOvertime available, with up to 2 additional hours per day likely9-day fortnight roster with an ADO (Accrued Day Off)Long-term contract opportunity through to December ****Work with a highly respected civil infrastructure teamAbout the RoleAs a Labourer / Road Worker, you will perform a variety of physical and hands-on tasks assisting with road construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will support skilled tradespeople, plant operators, and truck drivers to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently,



and to a high standard.Key responsibilities include:Road maintenance and construction activitiesGeneral labouring duties on civil works sitesUsing hand and power tools safely and effectivelyAssisting plant operators, truck drivers, and trades personnelLoading, unloading, lifting, and moving materialsSite preparation and clean‐up activitiesFollowing traffic management and safety proceduresWorking safely in and around live traffic environmentsMandatory RequirementsConstruction White CardWorkers on Foot (WOF) TicketCurrent Driver LicencePrevious construction or civil labouring experienceDesirable Skills and QualificationsHighly regarded but not essential:Implement Traffic Control Plans TicketPrepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plans TicketCurrent MR Truck LicencePlant operating competencies including:RollerLoaderExcavatorAbout YouYou are a safety-focused and dependable team player with experience working in construction, civil, or road maintenance environments.
