Capral Aluminium – Australia's largest aluminium manufacturer and distributor – is looking for a Branch Sales & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Slacks Creek.This is a varied, hands‐on role where you won't spend your entire day behind a desk or on a forklift.
You'll work across customer service, sales and warehouse operations, helping customers with their orders and enquiries before getting hands‐on to help prepare and despatch their products.For someone who is reliable, enjoys dealing with people and wants the prospect to learn and progress, this could be a great next step.WHAT'S ON OFFER:Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday roleNo weekend workEmployee benefitsA varied role across sales, customer service and warehousingTraining and support to learn our products and systemsGenuine career development and internal progressionJoin an established Australian business with a strong focus on safetyABOUT THE ROLE:You'll be one of the key points of contact for our customers and an important part of keeping the Slacks Creek branch running smoothly.Your day will include:Counter sales and face‐to‐face customer serviceResponding to telephone and customer enquiriesEntering and processing sales ordersPreparing quotes and providing order, lead‐time and product updatesPicking and packing customer ordersCutting aluminium using an up‐cut sawOperating forklifts to load and unload trucksChecking and vetting ordersProviding product information and support to customersWorking with the broader branch team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on timeABOUT YOU:We're looking for a reliable, positive and hands‐on person who enjoys working with customers and is happy to get involved wherever needed.To be considered, you will need:A current LF Forklift LicenceA reliable work history and strong commitment to safetyConfidence communicating with customers both face‐to‐face and over the phoneSound computer skillsGood attention to detailThe ability to communicate clearly and professionallyA positive attitude and willingness to learnYou don't need to know aluminium – we can teach you our products.
