As a Bartender in our team, you'll craft exceptional drinks that reflect our Italian coastal inspiration, while adding personality and finesse behind the bar.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve a curated selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision and flairDeliver genuine, engaging service, ensuring guests at the bar and in the dining room enjoy a seamless experienceMaintain deep knowledge of the beverage list, including Italian wines, aperitivi, and classic cocktailsCollaborate with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure consistent, smooth service flowManage bar mise en place, stock rotation,
