Job Description

Endeavour Foundation, a disability services provider in Nambour, Queensland, seeks a compassionate Disability Support Worker for a SIL home. You will assist residents with daily living, personal care and community activities within a reliable, permanent roster that may include sleepovers.

Ideal candidates have experience with complex needs, robust communication, and a calm, respectful approach. A Cert III in ID supports and checks are advantageous; a driver's license and insurance are beneficial.
