Barwon Health is seeking a Registered Psychiatric Nurse for the Mental Health Continuing Care Service on the Bellarine. The role is permanent part time (64 hours per fortnight) within a community-based CMHT on the Bellarine Peninsula, Geelong region.
You will provide recovery-oriented, evidence-based mental health care, work with families and carers, and contribute to risk assessment, care coordination and intake activities in a multidisciplinary team.
