NSLHD in Hornsby Hospital is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join the PECC Unit. You will deliver person-centred psychosocial interventions for consumers, carers and families in a quick-paced workplace, aligning with NSW Health policies and the AASW Code of Ethics.

Candidates should have a Social Work degree and relevant registration, with a focus on multidisciplinary collaboration, ethical practice and career development.
