ING in Sydney is seeking a Concierge & Facilities Assistant to join our Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team. This is a hands-on role that supports meeting rooms, events, workplace hospitality and day-to-day facilities operations to ensure the Sydney office runs smoothly.
You will coordinate catering and room setups, support visitors and work closely with Executive Assistants, Reception and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences and a outstanding workplace.
