Life Without Barriers in Perth is seeking a Casual Residential Support Worker to create a secure, nurturing workplace for young people aged 14–18 within the AYRA service. You will support independence, emotional regulation, and engagement with education and the wider community.

The role requires experience with at-risk youth, trauma-informed care, and the ability to run structured programs. Probity checks are required, with shifts including overnights and weekends. Diversity is encouraged.
