The Positive Guys in Bayside is seeking a Customer Support Team Member for the Sales and Service Hub. In this full time role you will deliver a positive post-service experience and promptly resolve delivery or product issues, while coordinating customer deliveries.

You will work with Stores, Supply Chain, and Suppliers to resolve queries, escalate process gaps, and ensure compliance. The role offers hybrid work options for eligible roles and access to comprehensive training within the JB Hi-Fi Group.
