Job Description
Alexander Robertson & Co is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our Melbourne team.
This full time role manages day-to-day operations, tenant relations, lease administration and budget oversight across a growing portfolio.
You will conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance, prepare financial reports, ensure lease compliance, and liaise with contractors.
Familiarity with Cirrus8 and MS Office is preferred, and a Certificate in Property Management is advantageous.
