Responsibilities
Oversee complex, safeguarding and legal case challenges.
Ensure compliance with the Care Act and related legislation.
Oversee safeguarding enquiries, adhering to Making Safeguarding Personal principles.
Collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality services.
Oversee social work teams and ensure operational spend is managed and performance
Undertake any duties commensurate with role
Have positive knowledge and skills in adult social work
Work as part of the senior leadership team
Support the teams through change management

Qualifications
Qualifications: Registered Social Worker with qualified qualification.
Experience: Strong background in adult social work, safeguarding, legal frameworks, and team leadership.
Skills: Excellent decision-making, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
