We're looking for a proactive and customer-focusedSales Support Officerto join our team in Ingleburn.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the central link between customers, sales teams, and operations, ensuring orders are delivered smoothly and customers receive an exceptional experience every time.
About the Role
As aSales Support Officer, you'll be at the centre of our operations—supporting sales, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring our commercial projects run smoothly from opportunity to delivery.
This is more than customer service – it is a dynamic, high impact sales support role.
What You'll be Doing:
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, responding to enquiries via phone and email and providing accurate, timely, and professional support.
Provide end-to-end support for order, credit, and return processes, ensuring accurate transaction management and timely resolution of customer issues
Manage customer claims, rebates, and credit requests, coordinating resolutions with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Create purchase orders, reconcile vendor invoices and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Generate sales reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support business decision-making and sales performance tracking.
Maintain pricing integrity by uploading, updating, and validating pricing information ensuring compliance with approved pricing structures.




Support the implementation of price changes ensuring accurate system updates and effective communication to internal stakeholders.
Perform ad hoc administrative and operational support duties.
Your Hours of Work:Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm
What you bring to the role
You're a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and solving problems.
You take initiative, stay organised under pressure, and bring a positive, team-first attitude to everything you do.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
3+ years' experience in customer service and sales support
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
Demonstrated experience in using Power BI (data management, report generation) is advantageous
Hands-on experience with SAP and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365)
Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, self-driven mindset with solid attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
