Agricultural Mechanic (Trades & Services)

Pay rate will be determined on qualifications, skills and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
Maintenance and repairs including servicing, diagnose and repair tractors, harvesters, forklifts, and small engines
Maintenance of Truck Fleet including Light Rigid,



Heavy Rigid & Heavy Combination Trucks
Maintain irrigation pumps and systems
Service spray units and hydraulic systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
Mentoring x2 Apprentices (1 st & 4 th year) with daily tasks

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Experience as a Mechanic in Agricultural or Turf Industry
Solid knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Ability to diagnose and repair faults
Current WA Driver’s Licence
Experience with turf harvesting equipment
Welding and fabrication skills
