Mission Australia is seeking a Wellbeing Support Worker in Mareeba (near Cairns) to assist residents on their recovery journey. You will facilitate activities, promote wellbeing, and support independence in a protected, recovery-focused setting.

The role requires trauma-informed, person-centred practice and de‑escalation skills, with First Aid/CPR and a valid driver’s licence. Casual roster includes day, afternoon, and some sleepover shifts across a 7‑day cycle.
