Equipsuper Pty Ltd. is seeking two 6-month, full time contract Superannuation and Retirement Specialist (Inbound Voice) to join our Service Centre in Melbourne.
You will handle member and employer inquiries, provide needs-based guidance, and own issues through to resolution within our national operating hours of 8:30am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday. This role supports our evolving service delivery, requires a customer-first mindset, and may perk from RG146 certification.
