Austin Health is seeking a HR Shared Services qualified to provide accurate, timely advice to managers and staff on a wide range of HR queries. This role supports payroll, EBAs, and HR systems, with a focus on service excellence and customer-centricity.

You will work with Kronos, SAP/Succ essFactors and other HR tools to deliver high-quality HR services across the organisation, in a versatile hybrid setup spanning Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital and work from home.
