Job Description
Hunter New England Local Health District in Moree, NSW, is seeking a Diabetes Educator & Cardiac Rehabilitation CNS to lead diabetes care and cardiac rehabilitation across community and acute settings.
The role requires NSW RN registration and a postgraduate qualification in diabetes management, with travel to surrounding communities as part of outreach.
Experience in multidisciplinary teamwork and clinical leadership is preferred.
Please note that all rates are inclusive of superannuation, taxes, and casual loading, where applicable.
Must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.
