Job Description
Rio Tinto in Karratha, WA, is seeking a Superintendent Indigenous Support to lead a team delivering strategic support for Indigenous employees and partner with leaders to strengthen cultural competency across the business.
You will report to the Principal Indigenous Support and oversee coaching, case management and organisational improvement to enhance employee experience, retention and belonging.
This is a permanent role within Rio Tinto's HR & Recruitment function.
