Experience
10+ yearsof consulting and technology experience
7+ yearsin Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or Analytics
6–8 enterprise Databricks implementationsdelivered in production
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead enterprise-scaleData & AI solutions on Databricks Lakehouse
Architect scalable data platforms acrossAWS, Azure and/or GCP
Lead end-to-end Databricks implementations from discovery to production
Build and optimize data pipelines usingApache Spark, Databricks and Delta Lake
Drive performance tuning, cost optimization and platform scalability
Implement CI/CD, DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices
Support MLOps and modern AI workflows




Lead architecture workshops, technical discovery sessions and executive presentations
Work directly with global enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
Mentor engineering teams and drive architecture/governance best practices
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-onDatabricks
Data Engineering & distributed data platforms
Data governance, security and platform modernization
Strong customer-facing consulting experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Databricks Data Engineer Qualified Certification – Mandatory
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
