Sa Sa Health's Older Adults Supportive Interim Stay (OASIS) unit offers short-term, person-centred care for medically stable older adults transitioning from hospital to longer-term care.
The Enrolled Nurse will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct nursing care and support rehabilitation goals.
Roles are full time, interim, with a 24/7 rotating roster at Modbury Hospital, SA.
Eligibility requires AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse and a focus on aged care or transitional
