About the Role – BDR

Identify, qualify, and book high-quality meetings for our BDMs to close.
You'll operate in a modern sales environment usingAI tools, high-quality datasets, and real-time insightsto help you run better conversations and deliver stronger appointments.

What You'll Be Doing
Outbound prospecting into SMEs usingAI-enhanced targeting & sequencing
Runningconfident, structured qualification conversations
Using AI call-assist to improve questioning, objection handling & call flow
Qualifying prospects acrossneed, authority, budget, urgency, and intent
Securingcommitted meetingsfor our Business Development Managers
Maintaining strong activity, show rates,



and appointment quality
Working withAI dashboardsshowing real-time performance data
Experience inoutbound B2B sales / BDR / appointment settingis essential
Proven ability tobook high-quality appointments that convert to revenue
