Job Description
Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, part of EVT, seeks a Chef de Partie to manage a designated kitchen section and deliver high-quality dishes.
You will supervise junior staff, uphold food safety, and assist in stock control across restaurant, bar, events and conferencing operations.
The role is full-time in a dynamic hotel kitchen environment, offering growth opportunities and opportunities within EVT's diverse hospitality network.
Must be prepared for a fast-paced setting and roster flexibility.
